Alfred Obeng-Boateng is a Ghanaian business man and politician belonging to the New Patriotic Party. He is the member of parliament for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai constituency in the Western region.
He was born on November 23, 1973 and hails from Subiri Nkwanta in the Western region of Ghana.

Obeng-Boateng completed Middle School Learning in 1989, O Level in 1994 and LLB in 2011. He then obtained a Masters of law in Oil and Gas in 2012 and Professional legal practice (solicitor) in 2015.
Alfred is the CEO of Approachers Ghana LTD, publishers of Approachers Series. According to him, he was rich by the time he got to second year in the University because his books, Approachers series were in high demand.

He was the former Boss of Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company LTD (BOST) under President Nana Addo until he was sacked in 2018. He is the managing director of App Mining Services.
Obeng-Boateng set the record in 2020 in his constituency for obtaining the most votes ever by a parliamentary candidate. He won the 2016 elections by 51.8% as against his opponents 46.73% obtaining 33,145 and 29,901 votes respectively.

He retained the seat again at the 2020 elections obtaining 45,590 votes as against his opponents 28,309 votes representing 61.4% and 38.1% respectively.
Obeng-Boateng serves on the constitutional, legal and parliamentary affairs committee and mines and energy committee of parliament
He is married to Marian Ama Owusua Obeng and are blessed with a son called Papa Kyem Kweku Obeng.
