Popular Ghanaian radio and television journalist, marriage counselor, actress and women’s rights activist, Dr. Joyce Akumaa Dongotey-Padi, popularly known as Akumaa Mama Zimbi has advised ladies out there not to sit on their boyfriend’s bed if he doesn’t have a chair in his room.
The controversial television and radio personality was speaking as a guest on The Day Show on TV3 Ghana which was hosted by Berla Mundi and decided to chip in this piece of advise to ladies out there.

She also added that, men are not obligated to spend on a lady while dating and that there is no need to assume the role of a mother or father in a relationship or a husband and wife.
“In relationship, you don’t spend on each other unless it’s your birthday so when you’re giving it to me it’s a gift. You’re not giving it to me in order to have intimacy.
“So in the relationship, you don’t assume the role of a father or mother, neither a husband or a wife. So once a while, you want to know because you are getting serious, you’re falling in love with each other you should know where the person stays.

“Study is that person dirty? So once a while you can go to the place see what he is doing. Now even if there is no bed there is no chair in the room, tell him okay I’ve seen it I’m going.
“If you visit a boyfriend and there is no chair in the room, don’t go and sit on the bed” she said.
