General Eligibility Requirements
The general eligibility requirement every applicant must meet include the following;
- Must be a Ghanaian citizen by birth.
- Must be 18 years and above but not more than 26 years by January 6, 2023
- Good character.
- Meet the medical standards as set by the Ghana Armed Forces
- Shouldn’t be bonded ie. Regular Officer Candidates shouldn’t be married at the time of applying
- Have a minimum height of 1.68m (5’6″) for males and 1.60m (5’4″) for females.
- In the case of Military Police (MP), the minimum height for male applicants is 1.75m (5’9″) whereas the females is 1.70m (5’7″)
- BECE: 6 credit passes in the BECE including mathematics and science
- WASSCE: 6 Credit passes in the WASSCE including science and core mathematics
