John Jinapor hails from the Savanna Region of Ghana. He was born to Abdulai Jinapor who is a former police officer and Chief of Buipe in the Savanna region.
John Jinapor had his secondary education at Ghana Senior High School in Tamale and continued to University of Development Studies for his bachelor’s degree. He then had his Master’s degree in Marketing at the University of Ghana Legon is 2008.
He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Financial Law from the University of London in 2015. Masters degree in Development Finance from the University of Ghana in 2019.
Jinapor recently added to his collection of certificates, a Masters of Science in Energy Economics from GIMPA in 2021.
