Below is the complete KAAF University College admission requirements every prospective student must know before applying for admission. The requirements have been grouped according to what certificate or qualification you are applying with.

SSCE Holders
WASSCE Holders
WASSCE holders must possess six (6) credit passes (A1-C6) in three (3) core subjects i.e English Language, Core Mathematics, either Integrated Science or Social Studies and any three (3) elective subjects relevant to the course.
GCE ‘A’ LEVEL Holders
GCE ‘A’Level applicants must have three (3) passes (minimum of Grade D) in relevant subjects. He or she must also obtain five (5) credit passes (minimum of Grade 6) at GCE ‘O’ Level. Subjects he or she must obtain passes in include; English Language, Mathematics, either General Science or any Science subject.
ABCE Holders
Applicants with ABCE must have obtained at least three (3) passes ( minimum of Grade D) in order to stand a chance of being admitted.
GBCE
GBCE applicants must have at least three (3) passes (minimum of Grade D) in relevant subjects plus five (5) credit passes as well.
HND Holders
HND holders who wish to apply for admission into the University must have graduated with at least 2nd class lower and obtained two (2) years working experience.
Students applying to study any of their engineering courses would be made to do a one-semester bridging (Top-Up) programme. After which successful candidates will be admitted to level 300. HND candidates applying for Business programmes will also be placed accordingly.
RSA Holders
RSA stage II with passes in five (5) subjects including English Language and Mathematics, plus RSA Stage III with passes in at least three (3) subjects

Post Secondary School Professional Certificate Holders
Applicants with Post Secondary School Professional Certificate from a recognized institution (eg Nurses’ and Teachers’ Training Colleges) obtained after successful completion of Secondary School with the necessary credits at GCE Ordinary level.
Diploma Holders from Tertiary Institutions
Students with HND or any Diploma holder from accredited universities or non-university tertiary institutions can also apply for admissions into the University. After applications are received, the Admissions Board will assess the various applications to determine who qualifies for admissions.
Mature Applicants
Mature applicants must be at least 25 years of age at the time of applying and obtained the necessary working experience and education. Applicants must also note that they will be required to write the mandatory Entrance Examination and pass a selection interview.
Transfer Students
Applicants/students who wish to transfer from another university to KAAF University College are also eligible for admission. He/she must register with the University for a minimum study period of six (6) semesters as a full-time student before she/he becomes eligible for graduation.
