According to blogger Albert Nat Hyde, popularly known as Bongo Ideas, Nana Ama McBrown is not good enough for Media General and that she lacks what it takes to work at such a “top” media house.
Actress and TV personality Nana Ama McBrown was earlier today unveiled as the latest addition to the Media General family as she is set to host Onua TVs morning show.

Since her unveiling, a lot of fans and netizens have sent their congratulatory messages to the actress. However, one individual who isn’t happy with this move is Bongo Ideas and he seems to have his own reasons.
According to him, the actress and TV personality lacks proper communication skills on set, unable to ask the right questions, among other things hence believes Media General made a huge mistake in hiring her.
He made these comments as usual on twitter which has since received a lot of engagements from tweeps.
Here is how he put it “I’m not tryna hate but what does Nana Ama offer an English speaking station like TV3? She lacks proper communication skills on set, lacks the ability to ask the right questions, can’t simplify complicated issues, and can’t speak nor write flawless, impeccable English.”
“Aside from her acting success, her journalistic and presentation skills are not sharp enough for her to join such a major media house. It probably stops at running ‘donkomi’ adverts on TV to target the Twi speaking non-elites.”

“TV3 might be making the biggest mistake by hiring all these “top stars”, which will lead to stiff competition, rifts, and under performance – the EIB Networks (GHOne TV) Nemesis. The bottom line is that, Nana Ama McBrown is not Media General worthy material. She might fit in at other stations, but she’s not good enough to join the highly rated TV3 brand” he concluded.
