Ghanaian fashionista, Richmond Brown, popularly known as Osebor has sent out a piece of advise to the youth, particularly those who wishes to make money the easy way whiles revealing why some employers prefer to employ outsiders to Ghanaians.
Osebor, who is a successful businessman obviously has worked with alot of people hence has hands-on experience with employees hence the reason for his recent advise to the youth of Ghana.
”]According to him, “Now the youth in Ghana do not like working so employers prefer to employ outsiders or foreigners because when you employ a ghanaian, he will either steal from you, talk ill about you or treat your customers badly. So now most businessmen or employers prefer to employ people from Togo or elsewhere because the typical ghanaian youth has an evil mind who wishes the downfall of your business even though you pay him/her.
But when these same people are employed by a Chinese, they respect them more and are always punctual. Hence jow when someone comes to you looking for job, you are reluctant to give because they may end up stealing from you. So the youth change oo” he concludes
