In recent times, a lot of attention is being given to a group of lookalikes parading the place impersonating a number of artistes including King Promise.
The lookalike of King Promise with the real name Richard reveals how the “commando” hitmaker bought him a “bomb” phone instead of the iPhone 12 he requested for.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Ghpage, Richard, who now goes by the name King Promise Junior due to his resemblance with the singer claims he started acting like King Promise right from senior high school in 2017.
However, on the issue of the supposed phone, he revealed that, his phone was recently stolen in a car hence was unable to go on Tiktok to share his videos. Hence he decided to try to get the attention of the singer by going on his knees whiles holding a Bible to beg him to buy him a new phone.
However, that did not work and switched to a Quran which eventually got the attention of King Promise.
According to him, King Promise promised to get him an iPhone 12 or 13. However, when his team sent the phone to him, it wasn’t what he asked for which disappointed him a bit.
But he was later told that King Promise is a brand ambassador for Hisense that is why he gifted him one of the phones instead of the iPhone 12 or 13 he requested for.
