Kumasi based Ghanaian musician, Andy Agyemang, popularly known as Ypee has given a detailed account of how he built his plush eight bedroom mansion in less than two years.
The musician recently had an exclusive interview with blogger Zionfelix where they discussed a number of topics and went on a tour of his mansion as well.
According to him, what motivated him to build his own house was because he wanted to finally move oy of his mother’s house in Breman.

He felt he it was the right time to build his own house because he needed that independence and self-sufficiency. He also recalled how he was previously criticised by people close to him when he used to spend his money buying different cars.
According to him, the only source of his money is from music and has nothing to do with scam or any illegal means of making money.
He also claims to make good money from the shows he plays both locally and internationally as well as other undisclosed family businesses he manages.
